We develop and optimize techniques to purify and stabilize the ingredients produced by fermentation or enzymatic processes.

EQUIPMENT

We are equipped with pilot scale technology for nano, ultra and microfiltration to purify or concentrate the targeted molecules.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We also use resins or other granular media for  chromatographic separation, deodorization, discoloration and/or demineralisation.

Once purified, ingredients can be stabilized by air-drying, freeze-drying, spray-drying.
